Windgate Records, a startup record label located in the Santa Ynez Valley, is seeking interns to work in this exciting arena. Windgate Records currently has an artist in the top 10 (#6) on Clear Channel Radio’s New Country Artist Chart. The individual(s) we are looking for has exceptional talent and shows exceptional abilities to go above and beyond in accomplishing what is required and be willing and able to do what it takes . Organizational skills, tolerance, ability to get along with others, ability to think outside the box, good writing skills, and creativity a plus. Good sense of humor and enthusiasm required! OTHER POSITIONS:
WEB DESIGN:
We are also looking for an individual or individuals with web design skills. Knowledge of Dreamweaver or similar webdesign program, Flash, PHP, shopping carts (Agora, Zen, etc.), Java, etc. are required. You will be working with Artists and Windgate to design, build and maintain their websites. This position does not necessarily require you to be on location although you may need to be here for some meetings. Currently this is a non-paying position but we can offer you webspace for your own non-commercial projects (we can discuss a commercial project). ACCOUNTING/FINANCIAL
Set up Chart of Accounts and general accounting procedures using Microsoft Office Accounting. Help construct business and marketing plans.Contact intern@windgaterecords.com
GRAPHIC ARTS/DESIGN/MULTI-MEDIA
We are also looking for individuals with graphic art experience to help design logos, artwork for CD covers, websites, etc.
